Depending on how you use the site, information you submit may include your name, organization, email address, telephone number, account details, billing and shipping addresses, order details, and messages to KTN Labs. Information relevant to research eligibility may also be requested when reviewing an order. Provide only information needed for your request. Do not submit patient information, medical records, or payment-card details through support messages.

Information is retained for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including account administration, order records, support, legal recordkeeping, and dispute resolution. A deletion request may not remove records that must be retained for those reasons. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your credentials and contact KTN Labs promptly about suspected unauthorized account activity.
You can review available account details through your account. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or restrictions or objections to certain uses. We may need to verify your identity or authority before disclosing or changing information. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal requirements and permitted exceptions.
The store is directed to qualified laboratory professionals, and purchasers must be 21 or older under our Terms & Conditions. Do not submit information about children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact KTN Labs so it can be reviewed and addressed. Updates to this notice will be posted with a revised effective date, with additional notice or consent where required by law.
