Effective September 30, 2026. These terms govern the KTN Labs website and storefront operated by KTN Labs LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("KTN Labs," "we," or "us"), and orders placed with us. Please read them together with the Research Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Purchasers must be at least 21 years old, appropriately trained and qualified to handle the materials, and authorized to act for their laboratory or research organization. By placing an order, you confirm that your intended work is lawful, your facility and procedures are appropriate, and you will follow applicable institutional requirements and laws. KTN Labs may request clarification of research eligibility or decline an order that is inconsistent with this policy.
For in vitro laboratory research only. Not for human or animal consumption. Products are not intended for human or veterinary diagnostic or therapeutic use. Do not administer or introduce these materials into people or animals by any route. They are not medicines, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or ingredients for those purposes.
Website content is general scientific information for educational purposes, not medical advice. KTN Labs does not provide dosing or administration instructions for people or animals. No product is offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and no FDA approval is claimed for these research materials or their website descriptions. This website does not offer prescriptions, patient-specific compounding, clinical care, or pharmacy services.
Review the exact product, quantity, lot, and available analytical documentation. A Certificate of Analysis describes the sample tested; it does not establish safety, effectiveness, or suitability for clinical use. Catalog illustrations represent KTN Labs branding and may differ from final packaging. Specific product and batch records take precedence over general illustrations or marketing statements.
Catalog listings and items placed in a cart do not reserve stock or create an accepted order. Review the product, quantity, price, shipping charges, and applicable taxes before submitting. A receipt acknowledgment alone is not acceptance; an order is accepted when KTN Labs expressly confirms acceptance or dispatches it.
Availability, pricing, and qualification are subject to review. If a material error or availability problem affects an order, we will explain the issue and obtain agreement to a change or cancel and refund any collected payment for the affected portion. We will not substitute a product or charge an increased price without your agreement. A listing marked Coming Soon or unavailable is not an offer of a free product.
All sales are final, except for confirmed shipment errors or product problems and remedies required by applicable law. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, items ordered in error, or returns of correctly supplied products merely because they are unused or unopened. Contact us promptly about a wrong product, strength, or quantity; a damaged, defective, missing, or undelivered item; or another failure to meet the specifications agreed for your order. The Returns & Refunds Policy explains review, authorization, replacements, and refunds. Request cancellation promptly before dispatch. Final sale does not remove shipping-delay cancellation or refund rights under our Shipping Policy or applicable law.
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized account activity. Do not misrepresent your identity or research purpose, interfere with the website, bypass access controls, or submit unlawful content. KTN Labs may restrict site or ordering access for misuse. No restriction removes an existing right to a refund or other remedy required by law.
You are responsible for assessing whether a material is suitable for your lawful laboratory work and for safe handling, storage, and disposal. KTN Labs does not guarantee a particular experimental result or clinical benefit. Nothing in these terms excludes a product specification expressly agreed for an order, or any rights, warranties, liabilities, or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
