Effective September 30, 2026. This policy applies to orders placed with KTN Labs LLC ("KTN Labs," "we," or "us") through the KTN Labs storefront on or after this date. This update does not retroactively change the terms of an earlier order. Products are supplied for in vitro laboratory research only, not for human or animal consumption.
All sales are final, except for confirmed shipment errors or product problems described below and remedies required by applicable law. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, items ordered in error, or correctly supplied products that are unused or unopened. Review the product, strength, quantity, and delivery address before ordering.
Contact us promptly if you receive the wrong product, strength, or quantity; an item arrives damaged or defective; an item is missing; a parcel is not delivered; or a product otherwise does not match the specifications agreed for your order. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund for a confirmed problem, subject to applicable law. A particular experimental result is not guaranteed.
Email Kaldridge@ktnlabs.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant tracking details. Include photographs of the packaging and labels and the SKU and lot number when available. Inspect shipments promptly, retain materials and packaging safely, and do not use an incorrect, damaged, or suspect material. Do not include medical records, patient information, or payment-card details. You do not need a website account to contact us.
Do not return any material without our written authorization and handling instructions. KTN Labs coordinates approved returns and replacements through its fulfillment and logistics partner. Contact KTN Labs first, and send an authorized return only to the address provided in those instructions; do not assume that a parcel's sender address is the correct return destination.
For a confirmed incorrect, damaged, defective, or missing item, any replacement and necessary authorized return shipping will be at no additional cost to you. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, or a refund is otherwise required by law, we will refund the affected item, applicable tax, and attributable shipping charges. No restocking fee applies to these approved remedies.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible and within applicable legal deadlines. Payment-provider processing may affect when a credit appears. We will not require store credit in place of a refund that the law requires.
Request cancellation as soon as possible before dispatch. If we can stop fulfillment, we will cancel the order and refund any collected payment. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has progressed. After dispatch, the exceptions above and your legal rights remain available. Shipping-delay cancellation and refund rights are explained in our Shipping Policy; the final-sale rule does not remove those rights.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies, or refund obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. A request to report a problem promptly does not shorten any mandatory legal claim period. Remedies required by law remain available regardless of this policy.
