Updated October 2, 2026. This policy applies to shipments for orders placed with KTN Labs LLC ("KTN Labs," "we," or "us") through the KTN Labs storefront.

Browsing the catalog or adding an item to a cart does not reserve inventory or establish a shipping date. The terms below apply when an order is accepted.

Destinations and eligibility

KTN Labs supplies materials for lawful in vitro research by qualified laboratory professionals. A destination is eligible only when KTN Labs confirms it during ordering. Do not assume that a catalog listing is available for shipment to every location. Orders may be declined where shipment or the intended use would violate applicable restrictions.

Shipping methods, rates, and timing

UPS 2-Day flat-rate shipping within the United States is $15 for orders with a merchandise subtotal of $150 or less. Orders with a merchandise subtotal greater than $150 qualify for free UPS 2-Day shipping automatically; no coupon is required. The merchandise subtotal is calculated after discounts and excludes tax and shipping. An order with a merchandise subtotal of exactly $150 has a $15 shipping charge.

Available shipping methods, charges, and any estimated dispatch or delivery dates will be provided before you finalize an order. The UPS 2-Day service is estimated to arrive in 2 business days after shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless KTN Labs expressly confirms a guarantee in writing. There is no standing promise of same-day dispatch or a guaranteed delivery date unless stated for your order.

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and make arrangements for prompt, appropriate receipt at your facility. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delays and cancellation

If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated for your order, we will communicate the delay and provide the consent, cancellation, and refund options required by applicable law. If no shipping timeframe was stated, applicable legal shipment deadlines still apply. Request cancellation before dispatch; once a parcel has shipped, the Returns & Refunds Policy applies. Carrier estimates do not remove your statutory rights.

Fulfillment and returns

We use a fulfillment and logistics partner to coordinate sourcing, shipment, and approved returns or replacements. KTN Labs remains your point of contact for order issues. Return materials only to the address and in the manner specified in our written return authorization.

Tracking, handling, and receipt

Tracking information will be made available for tracked shipments after dispatch. Review the material-specific storage and handling instructions. Do not assume a cold-chain service or temperature guarantee unless it is expressly documented for your shipment. Inspect the packaging and verify the material, quantity, and lot information promptly after delivery.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect shipments

Email Kaldridge@ktnlabs.com promptly with your order number, tracking details if available, and photos of relevant damage or labels. No website account is required. Retain the packaging and materials safely while the issue is reviewed, and do not use an incorrect or suspect material. See our Returns & Refunds Policy: all sales are final, with exceptions for confirmed incorrect, damaged, defective, missing, undelivered, or otherwise nonconforming items and remedies required by law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
